We use Artificial Intelligence responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is always protected.

Why we use AI

We use secure OpenAI models (GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini) only inside our private admin dashboard to:

  • Generate accurate weekly, monthly, and yearly business reports
  • Automatically extract data from expense slips and invoices
  • Read South African vehicle licence disks quickly and accurately
  • Assist with professional job reports and blog writing
How we keep your information safe
  • Local processing first – Images are scanned locally with OCR before any AI is used
  • Automatic sanitization – VIN numbers, long IDs, emails, and sensitive patterns are masked before sending to AI
  • Minimal data sent – Only the absolute minimum text needed for the task is sent
  • Temporary files deleted immediately – All uploaded files and temporary images are deleted right after processing
  • Secure admin area only – AI features are accessible only to the business owner
  • Full logging & monitoring – Every AI call is logged and can be reviewed
  • No training on your data – Your information is never used to train AI models
Compliance & Accountability

We follow all necessary POPIA protocols. AI usage is limited to internal operational efficiency and is never shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
